ASTURI Gin nasce nel 2023 dall’intuizione di Krisma S.R.L.S., con il desiderio di creare un distillato capace di raccontare la Calabria attraverso profumi, sapori e identità mediterranea.
Ispirato alle colline calabresi, alle coste assolate e alle onde azzurre del Mediterraneo, ASTURI è un gin elegante e contemporaneo, realizzato esclusivamente con botaniche pregiate selezionate.
Nel bicchiere esprime un perfetto equilibrio tra freschezza erbacea, note agrumate e un finale speziato raffinato.

L’anima dell’Arbëria ionica in un gin dal carattere mediterraneo
Il nome Asturi nasce dall’omonimo bosco nel territorio di Carfizzi, piccolo borgo arbëresh della Calabria ionica, dove lingua, cultura e tradizioni continuano ancora oggi a vivere e a essere tramandate di generazione in generazione.
È da questo legame con la propria terra che nasce Asturi Gin, un progetto ideato da Gennaro De Fazio Aversa con il desiderio di racchiudere in un distillato i profumi, i sapori e l’identità del territorio arbëresh.
Gli agrumi, protagonisti della ricetta, incontrano una selezione di botaniche mediterranee, creando un gin elegante, aromatico ed equilibrato. Un distillato che interpreta in chiave contemporanea il carattere della Calabria ionica e racconta, sorso dopo sorso, la terra da cui prende vita.
Un gin premiato a livello internazionale
La qualità e l’identità di Asturi Gin hanno ottenuto importanti riconoscimenti ai World Gin Awards, una delle competizioni internazionali dedicate al mondo del gin.
Nel 2025, Asturi Gin ha conquistato la medaglia d’argento nella categoria Compound Gin, dedicata ai gin ottenuti attraverso l’infusione delle botaniche nell’alcol neutro senza una seconda distillazione.
Nel 2026, il progetto ha confermato il proprio valore ottenendo la medaglia di bronzo, consolidando il suo percorso nel panorama internazionale e premiando una ricerca fondata su qualità, territorio e identità.
Profilo aromatico
Al naso, Asturi Gin rivela intense note di ginepro ed erbe aromatiche mediterranee, arricchite da sentori di timo e maggiorana e da fresche sfumature agrumate.
Al palato è morbido ed equilibrato. La vivacità della limetta e dell’arancia si fonde con le note erbacee delle botaniche mediterranee, creando un sorso fresco e armonioso.
Il finale è delicato e persistente, accompagnato da una piacevole nota speziata di pepe nero.

Nga kjo lidhje e thellë me vendlindjen lind Xhin Asturi, një projekt i ideuar nga Gennaro De Fazio Aversa, me dëshirën për të përmbledhur në një distilat aromat, shijet dhe identitetin e territorit arbëresh.

Në 2025, Asturi Gin fitoi medaljen e argjendtë në kategorinë Compound Gin, e dedikuar për gin-et e prodhuara përmes infuzionit të botanikëve në alkool neutral, pa një distilim të dytë.
Në 2026, projekti konfirmoi edhe një herë vlerën e tij duke fituar medaljen e bronztë, duke forcuar pozicionin e tij në skenën ndërkombëtare dhe duke shpërblyer një kërkim të bazuar në cilësi, territor dhe identitet.

The name Asturi comes from the woodland of the same name in the territory of Carfizzi, a small Arbëresh village in Ionian Calabria, where language, culture and traditions continue to thrive and be passed down from generation to generation.
It is from this deep connection with its homeland that Asturi Gin was born — a project conceived by Gennaro De Fazio Aversa with the desire to capture the aromas, flavours and identity of the Arbëresh territory in a distinctive spirit.

An internationally awarded gin
The quality and distinctive identity of Asturi Gin have earned important recognition at the World Gin Awards, one of the leading international competitions dedicated to the world of gin.
In 2025, Asturi Gin was awarded the Silver Medal in the Compound Gin category, dedicated to gins produced by infusing botanicals in neutral alcohol without a second distillation.
In 2026, the project once again confirmed its quality by receiving the Bronze Medal, further strengthening its presence on the international stage and recognising a journey rooted in quality, provenance and identity.
Aromatic profile
On the nose, Asturi Gin reveals intense notes of juniper and Mediterranean aromatic herbs, enriched by hints of thyme and marjoram alongside fresh citrus nuances.
On the palate, it is smooth and well balanced. The vibrant character of lime and orange blends with the herbal notes of Mediterranean botanicals, creating a fresh and harmonious sip.
The finish is delicate and persistent, accompanied by a pleasant spicy note of black pepper.
