Gaglioppo and Montepulciano, rosé color with coppery reflections, very lively and easy to drink. On the nose, a pleasant floral bouquet stands out. Good acidity that retains its savory character. Manual harvest and fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperatures. Maturation: in steel for 3–4 months.

Epara Rosso offers a very elegant bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruit, cherries, and sour cherries. Manual harvest and fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperatures. Maturation: in steel for 3–4 months.

LAMANTINO RISERVA – CALABRIA ROSSO
Crafted from 100% Lacrima (Magliocco Dolce) grapes grown at 600 m a.s.l., Lamantino Riserva embodies depth and elegance. Manual harvest, skin maceration, and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts reveal the pure essence of the variety. Aged 12 months in lightly toasted French oak barriques and further refined in bottle, it offers a bold, aromatic profile with notes of red fruits, purple reflections, and excellent structure, making it suitable for aging. Perfect with red meats and aged cheeses.
